Have you ever watched a television program like 86 on NET tv at 10 pm? This program shows police activities on working their duties, likes ranging out the traffic picking, sweeping the hangout spots, until inspections to alcohol drinks (which are still illegal in our country) and illegitimate spouse lodging. In this tv program, there weren’t any cases like murder, robbery, fraud, people kidnapping, etc which were more in depth cases. Except four examples mentioned before, which referred to youth nightlife in traffic way and hangout spots. In this TV Program, the camera moves in from the police perspective, which they claimed the TV Program as a form of a curfew law enforcement in the form of a journalism product. It is alright to be a part of the democracies journalism, where there are many perspectives oversees to on the other side. So, it's just the glance knowledge I try to interpret from the implementation of the curfew law from the television program that usually policeman face the young people in the street, sometimes they crowding like gang. Actually, there is nothing wrong with the main goal of the curfew law, but we still could see a few error gaps. Although some people think that curfew laws will help control teenage gangs, they are wrong for several reasons.

To provide good moral education for children, of course parents must become the role model and do the become a habit of doing good deeds. Parents also must follow get used to etiquette courtesy by getting used to speaking well, such as asking for help politely, apologizing when making mistakes, showing gratitude, and admitting their mistakes. Simple and valuable lessons like how to ride the motorcycle in the roadway is important too. It is also the duty of parents to make their children feel comfortable at home and set a curfew if needed. Make the children to have a habit of asking for give permission from parents if they want to leave the house home. It is also important for parents trying to identify what the children likes and hates is also necessary for creating a good bonding intimacy and intense communication to or support their social life. And the most important from the lesson is in the street, parents have to make sure the child has and always carries a driver's license when driving, establish communication when they are out at night.

The curfew law may be can't be applied if their children are active in outside home. These curfew laws are at times conflicting with the needs of children to explore the outside world and to learn to collaborate with their peers based on their passion. The activities like camping with their friends in the forest, beach or mountains will be good for their experience and happiness. They may have the group assignments that must be completed overtime at night, playing mini games is also possible for the rest of their free time. Making them comfortable working at home with their friends is of course very good too. However, giving trust to children to develop their team work skill and to enrich their experiences in social life are also important agenda that parents must have in mind. Curfew laws might need to be adjusted to the importance in facilitating the children in their learning process which is not always done from their school assignment, but also from they could exploring the outside world with their peers and other communities based on the children’s and interest.

There must be a strict arrangement on the build up or strengthen the enforcement of curfew laws, especially on the specify the consequences on the violation of the laws. Recently in Yogyakarta, there was a phenomenon of Klithih which is really disturbing the society. The government issued a law which gives sanction to the suspects and perpetrators. The suspect, including teenagers under 17 years old, who are proven to have committed Klithih, or haven't been done but proven to have a sharp weapon, must be punished. Under 17 years old teenage must be punished. It is because they are also not even haven't allowed to ride motorcycle, because they do not have a national identity card and a driver's license card. In other areas, they can imitate the regulations on Klithih that are already applied in Yogyakarta, so that the perpetrators are more deterred.

Three main reasons why the curfew laws are notlaws not always true are because the parenting role is more important to be enforced so that parents can teach the moral education before curfew law is applied. The curfew law must not restrict positive activities that be can't applied if their children or teenagers need to do active in outside home. And there must be enforcement the curfew laws, especially by specifying the consequences on the violations of the laws. The curfew laws are actually important if the laws are applied in a good and true way. Because this law can protect everyone from everyone good people drivers without guilty to others from the crimes performed by the perpetrator.
